Appeal Hearings Timetable for 2025
Under the terms of the 1998 Education Act parents have the right to appeal to an independent appeal panel. If you wish to exercise your right to appeal and request an appeal Application form please contact the Schools Admissions Officer on admissions@urmstongrammar.org.uk

| Deadline for Additional Evidence to be received for on time appeals | Monday 28th April 2025 |
| Deadline for Admissions Authority to submit their evidence | Nine School Days before date of the Hearing |
| Deadline for Appeal Papers to be sent to all parties | Seven School Days before date of the Hearing |
Appellants will receive:
At least 10 school days’ notice of their appeal hearing
Decision letters will be sent within 5 school days of the Hearing OR where multiple days are required within 5 school days of the last Hearing day.
Please Note: All In-Year admission appeals must be heard within 30 school days of receipt of the appeal form.
