Windsor day of celebration

Will, Lara & Haris attend a prestigious day on the Scout Calendar
We're delighted to share news that our students, Will 9M, Lara 10T and Haris 13U, were selected, with their 3rd Davyhulme Fantastic Corps of Drums, to take part in the Windsor Day of Celebration, one of the most prestigious and special events on the Scouting calendar, at which Queen's and King's Scouts who have achieved the highest youth awards are recognised, celebrated and selected to parade.
This is a real honour and the Drum Corps played and marched superbly in the Quadrangle of Windsor Castle in front of not only 2000 award holders and guests but also members of the Royal Family, chief scout Dwayne Fields, and other influential individuals, including astronaut Major Tim Peake.
The Corps were also proud to have been invited into St George's Chapel, a very rare privilege.
We could not be more proud of Will, Lara, Haris and the 3rd Davyhulme Fantastic Corps of Drums; with huge thanks to their families for sharing this wonderful news and lovely photographs with us.
