one day to go!

Our Christmas Fair is tomorrow at 6pm - hope to see you there!

We hope you have cleared your diaries for a very important date in our school community calendar: the big CHRISTMAS Fair!

We are always delighted with the level of support from our wider school community: students, parents, carers and families, and staff, and hope to see even more of you turn out this year!

The Fair contributes enormously to PTA fund-raising, which is of huge benefit to the learning and enrichment of our students. It is also a wonderful opportunity to come together as a school community, and, of course, to buy gifts and treats, including handmade crafts, for the festive season. Not to mention a chance at the ever-popular and incredibly well-stocked chocolate and bottle tombola!

Students are asked to bring in donations tomorrow as follows:

Year 7 Rainbow gifts (try not to spend more than £5 on your donation)

  • 7U – Silver 7R – Red 7M – Green 7S – Gold 7T – White
  • Year 8 & Year 9: Chocolates for Tombola stall
  • Year 10: Christmas Toiletries & Chocolate bars/Sweets for Lucky dip 10U & 10S Christmas Toiletries 10R, 10M & 10T Chocolate/Sweets (must be in a sealed bag)
  • Year 11: Festive Gifts (could include Christmas decorations, festive socks etc)
  • Year 12 & Year 13: Bottles for Tombola stall (alcohol is permitted)

Our PTA Ambassadors are also hoping to see lots of baked entries brought in for their great Christmas Bake Off competition.  There will be prizes for the best cakes, bakes and cookies and the competition will be judged at breaktime.

The fun of the Christmas Fair starts at 6-7.30pm in our Sports Hall.

Looking forward to seeing you there and all are welcome!
