What better way to start a new week at UGS than with a celebration of the students who have done us proud over the last 7 days, and who have been commended for their academic achievements, outstanding approach to learning, efforts in class and in independent learning/homework, and for their community participation.

Pictured above this morning are our highest House achievers from Year 7 alone: Rosie 7R, Poppy 7T, Alaina 7T and Scarlett 7M.

And listed below are details of all of our highest-point awardees from across the year groups 7-13, with examples of the attainments for which they have been commended by staff, which include, as you will see, phenomenal test score results and placement within the Top 20 in year for Progess, Approach to Learning, and Behaviour:
