Head of Year 9 Mrs Ryan, Deputy Head Mr Kennedy-Fowler, and Assistant Head Mr Roberts were delighted at breaktime earlier today to welcome 20 students to a celebratory event in recognition of their phenomenal start to Year 9, and their outstanding reports from staff on progress and attainment.

Our high achievers enjoyed some edible treats during the celebratory get-together, where Mrs Ryan shared her pride in them all, and Mr Kennedy-Fowler and Mr Roberts conveyed their congratulations and delight at their progress, and were keen to hear about the students' plans for next steps on their UGS journey, and their GCSE options.

It was fantastic to see the students enjoy this much deserved treat, and to hear about their impressive and enthusiastic commitment to learning.
