perspectives art competition winner

Huge congratulations to Year 7 Ayah!

Miss Hammond and the Perspectives Magazine team are thrilled to announce the winner of their Art competition: Ayah 7M, who created this gorgeously inspired piece of work:

In the latest edition of Perspectives, Ayah talks us through the creative process:

When creating this drawing, I wanted to include the things that I personally enjoy putting into my art, but also my emotions and what first comes to mind when I think of home. I used my personal favourite colour, red, and drew a heart full of colours against the grey drawing to symbolise the way your heart feels at home. And the words on the wrists are things that can be possessed in a home which, to me, are the most important.

Really well done Ayah, your talent is immense.

And you can read all the latest fantastic pieces of work produced by our students in the newly-published edition of Perspectives:
