chemistry success

Our Year 12 chemists earn awards in the prestigious Cambridge Chemistry Challenge!

Head of Chemistry Mr Parker is delighted to share news about the success of our Year 12 students in the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge (C3L6).

This is a national competition with over 13,000 entrants that tests a student's ability to interpret information, and to problem-solve, beyond their specification to a university level, and it is designed and run by St. Catharines College, Cambridge.

Pictured are just some of our entrants: Sartina, Xinya, Tanya, Joe, Michael, Amelia and Alekhya.

And in an amazing achievement, Tanya (and George, not pictured) achieved Gold awards, which puts them in the Top 10% of all entries to the competition!

We are all very proud!
