year 11 prom

The Hilton hotel hosted a very special evening on Friday: our year 11 prom!

It was a lovely opportunity for the year group to come together to celebrate after all their hard work.

Lots of moves were thrown on the dancefloor:

And there was plenty of hospitality to enjoy:

And a grand finale of a mass `Macarena` and Oasis sing-a-long!

Mr Gough proudly shares that all the students were "impeccably behaved throughout, and were an enormous credit both to UGS and themselves".

Immense gratitude goes to Mr Roberts, Dr Zebedee, Mr Bird, Mr Corrigan, Miss Stedman, Mr Leech, Mrs McNally, Miss Smith, Mrs Rogers and Mr and Mrs Wall for coming along to support the event and to celebrate with Year 11".

We're very much looking to seeing them all again on Results Day and to welcoming a great many back to our 6th form in September!
