photography winners

Congratulations to our winners in celebration of Sir David Attenborough's 100th birthday!.
To celebrate Sir David Attenborough's 100th birthday, Mrs Walsh organised a house competition, inviting students and staff to honour Sir David's legacy and capture the beauty, diversity and importance of the natural world through photography across categories including: wildlife in its natural habitat, landscapes and ecosystems, plant life and the blue planet.

The quantity and standard of entries was phenomenal, making it a very tough call for the judges to decide the ultimate winners, but they have now been announced, and they are proudly seen in our lead picture with Mrs Walsh this morning L-R in front of the fabulous display board of entries on our Science corridor:
Arwen 10U for Best Landscape photograph
Sienna 8U for Most Artistic photograph
Vivienne 7R for House Leader's Favourite photograph
Mrs Chadwick for Best Staff photograph
And Marly 11T (not pictured as currently not in school now GCSEs are completed!) for Best Animal photograph.
Huge congratulations to all and well done to everyone who took part!
