A very busy week already for our students!
On Monday, in Year 7 and 8 Science Club, our students enjoyed the opportunity to learn all about the principles of density and convection in a fun hands-on workshop.

Here they made their very one lava lamps:

And also enjoyed witnessing the spectacle of the dancing raisins experiment!

Book Club
On Tuesday, Year 7 Book Club made full use of their lunchbreak to brush up on their literary knowledge ahead of next week's end of Half Term Library House Book Quiz. Watch this space for news on our winners!

Debating Club
Today, our Year 7 and 8 Debating Club used their lunchtime meeting for some practice ahead of hosting Wellington School for what promises to be a hard-fought competition tomorrow.

Today at Year 7 Eco Club, the students enjoyed lots of eco-themed activities with Year 12 student leaders including jigsaws, lego:

And an ecologically-inspired game of Imposter!

Year 12 Eco leaders have also been working hard on a special display to promote Eco Club. We look forward to seeing the results!
