careers fair 2025

Yesterday evening we hosted a fantastic event for Year 9-12 students, parents and carers, organised by our dedicated Careers department and supported by a huge variety of guest speakers who delivered presentations on pathways into careers in sectors including Healthcare:

As well as Tech, Civil Engineering, Town Planning, Finance, Law, Policing and Teaching. 

There were also a great many employer representatives from a wealth of sectors on hand to answer questions in our Careers Marketplace:

There were also representatives from Higher Education Institutions and apprenticeship providers.

And it was great to welcome back some former students to represent their professions!

As well as the opportunity to talk with and hear from the many visiting representatives, students could also take part in a special voucher prize quiz, that encouraged them to find out even more about the careers and pathways represented at the evening.

A fantastically informative event, and we were delighted to receive lots of positive feedback from many those who attended.

With huge thanks to all of our visiting representatives for giving their time to inspire our students, and to Head of Careers Mrs Kinder for all her hard work organising the event, Miss Marshall, and our staff and sixth form students who assisted.
