Launch of our series of Success assemblies for Year 11
This morning, Year 11 had their first success assembly of the academic year. Delivered by Deputy Head Mr Regan, the assembly launched a 'Spaced retrieval timetable' for students, which will be personalised to their subjects.
The assembly encouraged our students to think about their own revision strategy and to use short/ sharp sessions with effective revision strategies to help consolidate their knowledge and understanding of the subjects they are completing.
Year 11 will have another Success Assembly on Wednesday 22nd October with Miss Lowe, focusing on cued recall, free recall and practice question revision strategies.
