work related learning day

Today a fantastic Work Related Learning day took place for our Year 11 students as they participated in a full programme of careers events.

1. A speed networking workshop (above and below) with visiting representatives from a huge range of professions.

2. Negotiation Skills workshop (below): great to see our students demonstrate huge levels of engagement.

There were also workshops in CVs & Personal Branding, Interview Skills and Apprenticeships, and the Unifrog platform.

With huge thanks to all of the representatives who gave their time today to visit and work with our students, it's greatly appreciated by us all, and also to our Careers department for facilitating this invaluable opportunity. And it's been fantastic to receive so much positive feedback about our students' engagement, but also to hear from our students themselves about how inspirational the day has been.
