This morning, as part of our ongoing programme of careers provision, we were delighted to welcome Corporate and Individual coach Kerry Sutcliffe:

And CEO of Operosus, Dean Cookson, to speak to our Year 13 students about AI Skills for the future.

In an interactive presentation, Kerry and Dean focused on the essential skills required by Year 13 students as they prepare to enter the modern workforce, including:

• The truth about AI and the future workplace
• The 4Cs framework for effective AI prompts: clarity, context, constraints and conciseness
• Where to apply these skills
• The rules on using AI responsibly
• The competitive advantage of learning skills in responsible AI use before entering the workplace

It was great to see our Year 13s so engaged, asking insightful questions and exploring how AI will shape their careers.
