This afternoon after school, the latest in our series of Inter-house chess tournaments took place, and Chess Club staff lead and House Leader Mrs Chadwick was delighted by the number of students who were eager to compete.

From years 7 to 13 and at a variety of playing levels, all contributed to the air of friendly competition in our Conference Room.

Some fantastic chess was played, and Mrs Chadwick is now delighted to announce the results:

5th Mersey 

Well done Orme! And a huge shout-out to these unbeaten players, who receive individual bonus house points: Flo 7T (Bradfield), Srikrish 9M (Orme), Charlie S 7U (Oak), and Bharath 8T (Park).

Really well done all for demonstrating great levels of participation and earning those all-important house points!
