Debating duos: dual success!
Two of our Sixth Form Debating Teams Make It to National Final
Six UGS students took part in the Lancaster Schools Debating Competition on Saturday, 19th November: Issy, Freya, Abigail, Laurel, Theophanis and Niall.
24 teams took part in the competition from all over the North of England...
...And Two of our teams made it to the National Final: Laurel and Abigail were on one team; Freya and Issy were on another...
...And Laurel and Issy ended up being the overall winners of the Lancaster Schools Debating Competition!
