less than a week until our next community lecture!

Save the Date for Wednesday 1st May & a return to the scientific arena!

Just a reminder that the next in our series of supercurricular community lectures: The Selfish Gene will take place on Wednesday 1st May and will be delivered by guest speaker Mrs Zoe Hulme, in a return to matters of Science, specifically genetics.

As lecture series co-ordinator Miss Hammond explains:

"This is a fantastic enrichment opportunity for students who are looking to study Biology (in any form), as well as for prospective Medics.

It will also be interesting to students of Psychology or Sociology, and to anyone with an interest in these fields".

It is open to the community, to our students, and to those from local schools and colleges, and will start at 6pm in our Theatre.

We look forward to welcoming guests to another intellectually stimulating opportunity to experience University level teaching from an expert in their field, and hope that you will join us!
