celebrating Year 13 achievement

Special event at break today to celebrate our high-achieving Year 13 students

As they sadly approach the end of their time with us, Head of Year Mrs Mohamed was delighted today to organise a special event to celebrate and recognise our highest achieving Year 13 students.

Pictured in the Conference Room at break are just some of the 27 Year 13s who have been recognised today; as MFL speaking exams have already commenced, some were involved in these elsewhere.

The students have been commended for meeting or exceeding their Minimum Target Grades, and for achieving and being awarded the highest ranking Grade 1 for their Approach to Learning.

The full list of achievers is as follows:

Head of Sixth Form Miss Lingwood, and Mrs Wall, Mr Kennedy Fowler, and Miss Lowe also attended to share their pride in the students, and to wish them well in their preparations for the external exams.

The students were delighted to enjoy edible treats and to receive handwritten congratulatory postcards from Mrs Mohamed, celebrating their individual achievements.

Really well done all, we could not be more proud, and we know that your outstanding commitment to learning will shine in your forthcoming A Level exams!
