ugs commended for excellent attendance

As Year 11 this morning enjoy their final Success Assembly of this term, we're delighted to share news that our students have been officially recognised and celebrated for their superb level of attendance, as UGS has been awarded the FFT National School Attendance Award.

This is great news and, as the FFT says, a tribute to our entire school community: students, staff, parents and carers, who together all contribute to this fantastic outcome:

The awards are a ‘thank you’ to schools and celebrate the hard work and dedication of all those involved — pupils, parents, carers, staff and others — in achieving excellent attendance during the term.

We could not be more proud, and are excited to move forward with this great level of engagement.
