well done cooper!

We're delighted to share news about the triumph enjoyed this weekend by Year 7 Cooper and the Hockey team he plays for.

As we have previously reported, Cooper plays for Bowden Hockey U12 A Team, and this weekend they competed in the England Hockey In2 Cup tournament.

In an amazing achievement, Cooper scored 3 goals and set up several more across the tournament, and the team won all games in their set against:

Oxton

Deeside

Neston

Chester B

Wilmslow

They then went on to win the Semi-Finals against Winnington Park.

After finishing as runners up to Chester A team, they will now go through to the National Finals.

Really well done, we could not be more proud, and wish the team every success in the Finals!
