all new February maths mystery board!

Mr Prastka and the Maths department are excited to launch not one but two brand new Maths Mystery challenges for students in Years 7 and 8, as we welcome in February at UGS.

As ever, the numerical challenges are seasonally themed, and this month they have been put together and thoughtfully designed by Year 12 Maths ambassador Boris.

As you will be able to see, the first is inspired by St Valentine's Day, and the second by the Chinese New Year, so there's plenty to choose from in this great opportunity to flex and stretch arithmetical grey matter!

Full details of how to participate in the challenge, be awarded house-points for taking part, and be in with a chance of making it on to the now hallowed Wall of Fame on the Maths corridor have been circulated to students, and will be listed on SMHW.
