ugs proud to host Christmas party for Delamere children

In a long-standing UGS tradition, we were delighted today to host a Christmas party for children from Delamere School.

Pictured above mid-preparations, and with the festive lunch table ready for the children, is Mrs Wall with just some of the sixth formers who joined her in welcoming the children.

As well as edible treats, there was fun, games, music, balloons and gifts, and a very special surprise visitor who delivered some extra special festive cheer!

So lovely to see our school community coming together to spread some joy at this time of year.

With huge thanks to Mrs Wall, our sixth formers, the House Prefects, all the staff who supported the event, and to the staff and children from Delamere who joined us today.

And finally, also sharing seasonal goodwill today have been our fantastic PTA ambassadors, who distributed gorgeously presented special Christmas messages and tokens of thanks to students and staff. Well done!
