Student-led Cultural Fair to celebrate Diversity and to raise money for Save the Children

Students from across the Year groups and members of our Diversity Society collaborated to organise a Cultural Fair that took place during the lunch-break today.

It was fantastic to see so many of our students and staff coming together for this school community event, participating in enjoying new experiences, and sharing and learning about the diverse and inclusive enrichment opportunities available both within school and in wider society, all while rasing money for a worthy cause.

Pictured is year 7 Kobe enjoying just one of the opportunities on offer: Afro-Beats with Year 10 David & Year 9 Nyleigha; a skill that he rapidly picked up, with David impressed by his final mastery of the Beats!

Some of our talented Year 12s offered Henna hand-painting:

While our Pride Society championed and celebrated inclusivity with their Proud to Be Me stall and informative presentations:

And last but not least the Save the Children Charity Bake Sale was enjoyed by many! Pictured are Zach & David setting up

A great event for all with more in the planning, and we look forward to enjoying the next one!
